Discounts & promotional codes

These are a great way to attract and entice potential customers to make a booking. Discounts set up in GlampManager will automatically be shown when customers check availability. A ‘Was and Now' price will be clearly displayed along with the cost saving so customers can easily see the discount applied.

Customers who obtain a promotional code can enter it at the checkout stage. GlampManager will automatically recalculate and display the final cost that the customer should pay.

Examples of discounts and codes include:

  • Book before 30th September and get £30 off
  • 10% off online bookings
  • Enter code 'return25' to receive 25% off your next visit

Deposits & cancellation policy

Give your customers the flexibility to pay for their holiday in full or to pay a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Set deposits as a percentage or a fixed amount of the total holiday cost
  • Specify when final balances are due, for example, 28 days before arrival

A cancellation and refund policy lets you specify how many days before arrival a customer can cancel and the percentage of the total cost refundable, ensuring transparency for your guests when booking online.

Secure payments

GlampManager knows the importance of getting paid quickly and securely.

You can accept secure, online, SSL-protected credit card payments through your website and there are no booking commissions or hidden fees.

Online payments are processed by Stripe so there is no need for a merchant account or payment gateway; payments simply go straight into your bank account keeping your cash flow healthy.

Holiday balance payments

Customers have the flexibility to log into their online account and manage any outstanding payments at any time.

  • Allows customers to view all their upcoming stays
